This event is 1 1/2 hours on Wednesday evening, the approximate time is from 8:00PM - 9:30PM (however times are subject to change). This event is designed to welcome the conference attendees to the event. A full bar and heavy hors de vors will be served.

Thursday Evening Cocktail Reception - $6,500.00
