Presenting Your Company

Public and Private Companies looking for additional capital and market exposure are encouraged to present their company at one of NIBA's Capital Conferences.   To be a Presenting Company on the conference agenda at one of NIBA's Conferences you must complete the Presenting Company Application and return it to NIBA. You may obtain a Presenting Company Application by clicking here to download the application, by contacting the NIBA office by email at emily@nibanet.org, or by telephone at (706) 208-9620.

At the General Session, the Presenting Companies have the opportunity to deliver a 10-minute presentation in order to generate maximum interest from an audience consisting of the attending member firms and associate member firms.

During three 20-minute Breakout Sessions Presenting Companies will have the opportunity to deliver a more in-depth  presentation and directly address the questions and concerns of a select group of interested NIBA members and associate members.

When you are not formally presenting you will be networking with the NIBA conference participants. Thus, you are representing and presenting your company for the entire two+ days of NIBA's Capital Conference.

Presentation Highlights:

NIBA limits the number of presenting companies to 24 at each conference, giving each presenter maximum exposure to the broker/dealer community.

Multiple "formal" presentation times scheduled on the agenda allow for multiple opportunities to present your company's story.

NIBA will provide an informational page on each Presenting Company in a secure virtual room. This page will feature the Presenting Company's videotaped presentation, the Company's Powerpoint presentation and the Company's summary information on NIBA's website for a period of six months after their presentation at a NIBA Capital Conference.

Conference "deal sheets" or "one-pagers" are distributed to NIBA conference attendees. The "deal-sheets" are also made available during and after the conclusion of the conferece to the entire NIBA network of broker/dealers via a secure data room on NIBA's website.

The Presenting Company fee includes all meals, cocktail parties, audio visual support (please bring your own laptop computer), and an exhibition space for your printed documents. You also have access to NIBA's Membership Directory and Association newsletters on an ongoing basis.
