A new political party has been formed in Russia, "Just Russia Party," and it's titular head is none other than Valery Zubov, a member of the Board of Advisors of NUCON-RF (a former NIBA Presenting Company). Mr. Zubov was formerly an "Independent," but now has "joined" this party, and is immersed in organizing the upcoming Duma elections for December. He successfully concluded regional elections recently in Krasnoyarsk and these elections have guaranteed his return to his seat in the Russian Parliament.

Valery Zubov, was the keynote speaker at NIBA's December 2006 Las Vegas Conference, and is pictured with NIBA Executive Director Emily Foshee and Carlo Corzine, former NIBA Chairman. Mr. Zubov recently hosted NIBA members Doug Aguililla of Newbridge Securities, Jim Hock of Hanover Capital Corporation, and Anthony Salino of Mercer Capital, Ltd. in Moscow. Their trip focused on meetings with the officials of the Russian Stock Exchange and with the officials of the Ministry of Finance, who regulate the securities markets in Russia. Mr. Zubov is continuing to promote relations between NIBA and emerging companies in the Russian Federation.

Another NIBA Presenting Company Success Story!

NIBA presenter Reed's Ginger Brew, with US EURO Securities, Inc. as lead underwriter, and Brookstreet Securities as co-underwriter, completed a successful IPO. When Michael Fugler, Chairman of US EURO Securities, Inc. met Reed's Ginger Brew at a recent NIBA meeting, the company had a big mountain to climb trying to complete an IPO full of obstacles. NIBA provided the forum for the two to meet, and the outcome was an IPO completed in December 2006. At the end of March the stock price of Reed's, which had been just under $4.00 per share, skyrocketed to $7.17 per share, and then settled in above a comfortable $6.00, all in about 90 days from its public debut. Crosshair in Final Stages of AMEX Listing!

Crosshair Exploration presented at NIBA's Miami Conference in February. The company is presently in the final stages of the AMEX listing process and expects the final listing to take place in mid-May. At present, the stock is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CXX, and is also listed on the Pink Sheets under the symbol CXXUF.

Crosshair looks forward to revisiting with the NIBA members and thanks them for their interest and support.
